About Us

 Writing for Women of Color is an organization which pursues the goal of providing a platform for women to express themselves through writing, speaking or community. We believe it is important to have a space for women where they feel comfortable expressing themselves and having that support. We will hold biweekly meetings with activities such as writing exercises, speaking exercises, and fun activities as well as service opportunities once a month to involve members and allow them to meet new friends. We as members of WFWC will engage VCU with a group of well rounded individuals willing to bring positivity to our campus.
